Instead, I found myself kept waiting outside in 98-degree Fahrenheit weather for 15 minutes with no estimate of when we would be allowed in. Customer: "Hello, I'm calling about an incredibly disappointing visit I had to your Stanford shopping center location today. I was left waiting outside in extreme heat for a significant amount of time."
